Beautiful! I absolutely love it. I had mine embroidered. I will upload an image. Excellent communication. Delivered on time even with getting the extra attention with having my name put on it. Did I mention outstanding communication? lol That is very rare nowadays. Extremely light weight. I fit my full club set in. Nice place to keep tees organized. Haven’t received my order yet.

I would love to make a review about this golf bag but I haven’t even received my order yet almost a month later. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences. First, they sent me the wrong bag and sent my order to another person. I understand mistakes can be made but customer service tried to make me and the other person handle the mistake by having us send each other our orders. That seems unprofessional itself. Secondly, I pushed to get a replacement sent since the other person wasn’t responding to email. They processed a replacement and canceled it last minute because the other customer finally replied to the email agreeing to send me my order. Now I’m at the mercy of some stranger to receive my order not knowing if it ever will come or if my bag has been tampered with. Really upsetting and disheartening experience. I was really excited for this golf bag and now I’m just angry.
