Returns Policy & FAQs

We take great pride in the quality of our products. With Sunday Golf’s “Good Time Guarantee,” if, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return non-embroidered purchases for a refund or exchange. Please notify us of any damage upon receipt — we will arrange for a prompt replacement. Contact support@sundaygolf.com and we will provide a return label for any product(s) meeting the previously mentioned conditions within the continental U.S. We cannot accept returns on embroidered, personalized, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. *Shipping charges will not be refunded.

No price adjustments on previously purchased products prior to any sales or promotions on sundaygolf.com

Bundle purchases that include free products must be returned with all items to receive a full refund. Partially returned bundle orders will result in charges for the items that are not included in the return.

*Exclusions apply for any online sale which includes a promotional discount or when using Sunday Golf Gift Cards. Returns and exchanges are only applicable for products purchased on sundaygolf.com

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange a purchase for an equally priced, in-stock item(s), Sunday Golf can facilitate a product exchange within 30 Days of the original purchase from sundaygolf.com. Sunday Golf will not provide a return label for any exchanges and customers are responsible for shipping costs.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

For all returns, please include the original packing slip, along with a reason for return. If you don't have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number if possible. Send the item(s) to the below address:

LIFETIME WARRANTY GUARANTEED

Sunday Golf warrants its products for a lifetime period from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Should your Sunday Golf product fail to perform to standard, we will at our discretion, repair it or replace it with an equivalent product at no charge. This excludes products that have experienced damage via natural wear and tear, mishaps/misuse, or fading colors. 

To obtain the benefits of this warranty, contact support@sundaygolf.com return the defective product, with the original receipt, to your place of purchase or send notice of defect in writing, with the original receipt, to the following address: 715 J ST. STE. 306, San Diego, CA 92101 Attn: Customer Service. Warranty claims presented without the original sales slip will be reviewed at our sole discretion. Sunday Golf reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims to determine the extent of warranty applications. All products for warranty claims become the property of Sunday Golf.

 

SHIPPING FAQs

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU SHIP WITH?

We use FedEx, UPS and USPS for domestic orders. We do not ship our products internationally.

Post-purchase, all customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to the email used at checkout. Generally, we ship small accessories using the United States Postal Service within the continental US. 

Shipping from San Diego, California to your location ranges between 1-3 days on the west coast and 4-6 days to the midwest and east coast. If you need your package to arrive faster, please reference our shipping options at checkout for additional costs that may apply.  

*Please note that shipping fees for returned items or refunds are not refundable

 

CAN YOU SPEED UP MY CUSTOM ORDER?

Personalized orders enter production in the order received and are shipped with ground delivery. Additional rush charges can be applied if an order needs immediate attention and shipment. Contact us at support@sundaygolf.com if you need to expedite an embroidery order.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

Orders processed during the business week (Monday-Friday) before 12pm Pacific Time are typically shipped the same day or the next business day. Orders processed on the weekend are typically shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

DO YOU HAVE WEEKEND DELIVERY?

Orders purchased over the weekend will not be delivered until Monday (excluding holidays). For any concerns about shipments or delivery times, please contact support@sundaygolf.com for additional assistance.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we do not currently ship our products to international addresses through our website, but we do work with a handful of international retailers. Please contact support@sundaygolf.com for additional information.

 

REFUNDS

OUR POLICY REGARDING REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Please allow up to one week for refunds to be initiated and processed after Sunday Golf receives a returned item. 

If you're not receiving a refund within a few business days following a confirmation email, please contact support@sundaygolf.com.

Personalized products with embroidery are not eligible for a refund.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Sunday Golf, difference in product cost and return shipping to customer.
