Support team is difficult to work with, package was never delivered

After a month of back and forth with the support team, and after the Sunday Golf team mislabeled our package, we did not receive our order, and had to fight for a refund. Would not recommend working with this organization. I just wanted to gift a bag to my brother.

Holy crap, some people care and the bags are on point.

I ordered a bundle before christmas (El Camino) and like any man child i started to get impatient as the days went by. I shot over an email asking if there was an estimated ship date. Camden responded back the next day apologizing for any delays, on a side note there were no delays I was just curious as I am a min child, and he also threw in an extra gift because of said delays. This is where most good companies stop comunications but he didn’t. He then sent an email letting me know when it shipped as well as when it got delivered to make sure I had it. The bag is absoultly perfect, great quality and looks amazing. No matter how much I love this bag and I do, what sold me was the customer service. I have no idea who will read this but I encourage you if you are thinking about a Sunday bag i dont think you could ever go wrong.
