Negative. All mystery bag orders are final and ineligible for returns or exchanges, barring major damage to the bag.

Unfortunately, we can't select a specific color or ensure you don't receive a specific color. Our warehouse team randomly selects from the bags on hand and we can't make any promises about the bag you will or won't receive. That's just part of the mystery!

Minor marks or scuffs on the bag will not qualify for an exchange as these bags may have been tested or used previously. We will absolutely replace and exchange any bags with large stains or serious damage to the bag (tear in the fabric, bent/broken leg, broken zipper), though.

Yes! Should any major damage happen to the bag we will repair or replace it. We've got you!

Yes, definitely possible! Not super likely, but there's a small chance you could receive a bag we no longer or have never sold. Again, that's part of the fun with the Mystery bags!
