Security Flaw

The bag is high quality but does not secure all items as the side pocket can not be locked. When this was first posted on Facebook, I pointed out the flaw. At that point, I guess it was already in production. Easy solution is making the pocket only accessible from the inside. You can somewhat maneuver it to lock the side, but in no way would I fly with items in the side pouch.

Outstanding customer service

While I’m really enjoying my new golf bag, the customer service was outstanding. I had a few questions which were addressed quickly and there was follow up to ensure I received everything.
The bag itself is extremely light weight and has large enough pockets for everything I need as a casual golfer. (1-2 times per week)

The Mule Is Perfect!

I bought this bag ahead of a trip to Puerto Vallarta. I planned on playing a few rounds and I didn't want to lug either of my two full size, and bulky, travel bags; nor did I want to rent clubs. This bag did the trick. My Sunday bag fit perfectly and I was able to comfortably sling The Mule over my shoulder while managing my other luggage.

Streamlined & Easy to Carry

I bought The Mule along with the El Camino golf bag. The Mule is easy to carry with either the handle or shoulder strap. The El Camino with driver and head cover make for a nice snug fit in The Mule. The shoe pouch on The Mule is especially convenient. I’ve been in/out of a couple of airports with The Mule, a full sized luggage and my backpack with no problems or clumsiness.

So far so good, nice quality like all Sunday golf goods.

Took her on the maiden flight across the country & back with the loma bag. I did use a backbone to protect the clubs & they arrived in one piece. I will say the bag doesn't fit as much as they show online unless your shoes are women's size 5.

Travel Bag

I am happy with the product as I got it for travel and it is convenient. I really like how lightweight the bag is. My driver fit bit a little too snug for my comfort so I will take the head off. to be safe. As an overall design, I would adjust that, make it a bit longer for Drivers and offer a pole or rod to protect the driver in travel would be my suggestion. Otherwise all is good and it works for quick travel. I bought Sunday bag to go with it, so no other issue.

I really like how lightweight the bag is. My driver fit bit a little too snug for my comfort so will probably take the head off. But plenty of room to pad but not an over abundance of room where I’m afraid it will shift. Definitely need a smaller golf bag for it but that’s perfect for me and my travel plans.
